The first phase of 307 homes, delivered by St. Modwen with its joint venture partner, Persimmon, is well underway with strong sales recorded for the first 59 properties released to the market with many of those now sold and occupied.

Public services including two primary schools, community areas, shops, cafés and retail space as well as extensive parkland and a range of sports facilities will make Glan Llyn an attractive place to live, work, learn and relax.

The £1.5m Celtic Business Park development comprising industrial, office and warehouse space combined with new commercial space at the centre of the community of Glan Llyn will help bring new job opportunities to the area.

The project will also include an integrated transport strategy to encompass road links, cycle routes, bus services and footpaths. A new rail station has been proposed at the development, as a well as a 100-space Park and Ride service.
